Remember Grandma’s Pot Roast

Remember the special occasions when my grandma made pot roast. It was tasty, tender and cooked with love! I just finished cooking this pot roast in the slow cooker with potatoes, onions and carrots! It took me back to those special days! Has to be hands down the best roast I have ever cooked!

We have not cooked it. Tthe last pot roast was purchased two weeks ago and received last Friday

We got 20 lbs of ground sirloin. We had run out of Wellborn sirloin and even though we purchased ground sirloin at the best shops the family did not like the meat! I kept telling them "go order some for Wellborn yourself." I was super busy. Finally we got the 20 lbs and I promised we would not run out again! More ordering before the holidays.

Pot Roast Beyond Good

This pot roast was the best piece of meat I've ever had in the slow cooker. No comparison comes close for texture, flavor, tenderness and overall gut warming goodness. I'll be dong that roast again.
