Introducing our exquisite Bone-In Filet Mignon, available for a limited time, as we eagerly await your valuable feedback. This tenderloin steak is 9-11 oz and represents the epitome of culinary excellence.
The presence of the bone not only enhances the flavor and tenderness of the meat, but also adds a visually appealing element to the presentation, elevating it to a truly exceptional and luxurious choice.
At the ranch we prepared these steaks with a little seasoning and olive oil in a cast iron frying pan on the stove and then finished them for just a few minutes in the oven. You do not want to overcook them. They are not big, but the bone adds a tremendous amount of flavor and unique experience.
