Our all-natural New York Strip steak is easy to cook, a popular steak with a distinctive flavor. Heat grill to medium-high and grill six minutes on each side for medium-rare. Our all-natural Angus tenderloin filet steaks, also known as filet mignons, are the leanest cuts available, yet marbled enough to deliver full flavor. Both cuts are hand-cut by our artisan butcher and slowly wet-aged for the ultimate tenderness and rich, buttery flavor profile.
