So, if you want to send the very best to those you care about, this is your beef. Don’t worry about sending a gift that’s the wrong size, color or something that’s not wanted. We treat you like family and are obsessed with making our customers happy. When you call us, you get a real person on the ranch that is an expert in beef and service.

Yes, absolutely! We work directly with you or someone at your company to understand delivery dates, the quantities you’re expecting to send and your audience. You can tell us specifically what beef you want, or we can offer some ideas on specialty cuts or what varieties go well together.

It’s actually very easy. You can look through our 20+ curated gift selections, enter your quantity and when you’d like them shipped. If you don’t see what you want, no problem – we build gifts to order for our customers regularly. We’ll visit with you to find out what you’re thinking – and we’ll make it happen. Absolutely. We’ve shipped thousands of orders over the years. Our process includes vacuum sealing of all our beef for freshness, packing the order with ice packs and insulating the beef so it arrives frozen or very cold.

Placing a custom order starts with filling out our contact form. Give us your contact information and any details you want to share. We can call or email you directly with the answers or in some cases, some ideas for you to consider. Our customers tell us the process is very easy. Or, it is perfectly fine to call us, and we will work with you over the phone.

Of course. When we get your mailing list, just include what you want to say in the note and we’ll make it happen. If you have something preprinted you want to include in the gift box, we can facilitate the logistics of getting that material to the ranch and including it during pack out.

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays nationwide and also Thursdays in Texas. If possible, try to get your order in for shipping on Monday and Tuesday because that gives a little room for error if our UPS carrier is delayed.
