A roast with excellent value and big flavor. This is a lean, super versatile cut of beef that can be used to prepare a marinated London Broil or cut down into kabobs, stir-fry, fajita, also outstanding for roast beef sandwiches.
For the best eating experience, we recommend slow-cooking and slicing thinly across the grain.
