I must say I was impressed talk about tender you don’t even need teeth lol. I will definitely buying another brisket and trying other cuts.
The briskets were perfectly trimmed and ready for the smoker. 12 hrs in the smoker with dry rubs and they came out tender and juicy.
My Wellborn prime-quality 8-9 lb brisket was smoked low/slow for 8 hours then placed in a sealed cooler for an hour. It was the best brisket I've ever personally cooked. The high-quality of the meat made all the difference! Way to go, 2R Wellborn!
