Our Triple-Trimmed Strip is the same cut as our New York Strip, so of course it's equally delicious with the same bold, distinctive flavor. These triple-trimmed steaks are carefully hand-trimmed around the edges, leaving 8 ounces of lean beef with enough marbling for rich, juiciness in every last bite.
