These all-natural Bistro Steaks, also called the Teres Major, are the best bang for your buck in the steak world. The His and Hers pack comprises two steaks, both steaks 9-11 ounces, for a total weight of 18-22 ounces. They are flavorful and incredibly tender and are great grilled or smoked.
