This Wellborn 2R All Natural Angus Flank Steak is tender, rich, and juicy. Suitable for so many serving options. Best cooked over medium heat on a grill to the desired doneness. This cut is popularly served at medium to medium rare. Slice against the grain. It works well as fajita meat or in a stir fry, or cut in strips over a salad.

Packaging

Individually wrapped & vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and integrity. Steaks are flash frozen before shipping to lock in flavor and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Excellent flank steak!

Prepared our flank steak in butter, salt, and pepper hot and fast in cast iron with an 8 minute rest. Absolutely delicious, incredible flavor and a tender steak, as usual an excellent 2R beef experience!

Always great cuts and flavor! I just received my order, and as always they went above and beyond! The started a special including 2 lbs. of ground beef if you order from them the day after my order, and included my order in that special. Doubled my flank steak order because they didn't have the large ones. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. i will continue to order my beef from these folks.

Made my first order from them last week and every showed up on time and still frozen. So far I’ve tried their sirloin and flank steak and it’s incredibly flavorful and well marbled, will definitely be making more orders in the future. Great customer service too!
