We ship orders to most Texas addresses Monday-Thursday if they are in a next day delivery area. Orders to far west Texas and other states are shipped Monday-Wednesday.
All meat shipped with 1-2 day options should arrive frozen. Shipments that are 3 days should arrive arrive partially thawed or at refrigerator temperature. Once you receive your beef, place in refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival. Even if your beef is partially thawed, you can place it back in the freezer - it will not affect the quality of your beef
